For the purposes of service monitoring and operator training all calls are recorded and as such recordings are generally kept for internal use only. Except recordings made of calls to Quest employment or any subsidiary or division or made by Quest employment or any subsidiary or division whilst conducting its business. Any such recordings may be retained for evidential purposes should any dispute arise between Quest employment or any subsidiary or division and any third party.
