To achieve our mission of being "the agency of choice" and to be true to our core value that "People are our priority," we must look out for the interests of our staff. After a complete background check has been conducted, only then can an interview be scheduled. We have no problem with the adaptable worker going out to work after they have been briefed and given an orientation.
