Warehouse Operative

Location:   Kettering

Shift:          Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm (with potential weekend shifts as required).

Payrate:     £11.52 p/h

Our client, a leading lubricants distributor in Kettering are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their team in delivering exceptional service and assisting with loading/unloading and organising stock within the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, assemble, pack, and label all assigned orders in accordance with operational processes, routines, and quality standards.
• Breakdown pallets and reorganise stock.
• Safely off-load containers and receive goods and supplies into the warehouse.
• Place stock in designated locations or the 'order transit' area.
• Perform all daily tasks specific to your role, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Pick and Pack orders correctly for dispatch.
• Actively contribute to maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.

 What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
• Good product knowledge (training will be provided).
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• A team player who takes ownership and can work independently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting up to 25kg.
