Pay Rate:

• AM Shift (5:30 AM - 2:30 PM): £12.67 per hour
• PM Shift (3:00 PM - Midnight): £13.74 per hour
  Hours: Monday to Friday
  Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Overview:

Quest Employment is seeking several Warehouse Operatives for a client based in Corby. This is a full-time temporary position with great potential for permanent employment. The shifts are Monday to Friday, with the option to choose between a morning shift (5:30 AM - 2:30 PM) and an afternoon shift (3:00 PM - Midnight).

The client, a leader in the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, services a wide range of sectors including prison, educational, and hospitality industries. They offer a modern and welcoming work environment, recently refurbished with the employee at the centre of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Duties: Picking, packing, quality control checks, palletizing, and moving stock to support various areas of the business.
• Work Environment: You will be working in a chilled environment, ensuring products are handled and stored properly.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across the warehouse.

Candidate Requirements:

• Availability: Ability to get to Steel Road for your chosen shift.
• Work Environment: Must be willing to work in a chilled environment.
• Experience: Experience in a production or warehouse environment is ideal but not essential.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Flexibility: Willingness to support the organization in completing various tasks as required.
• Immediate Start: Availability to start work immediately.
