Reporting to our Senior Branch Manager, you’ll take charge of a warm desk, managing relationships with existing clients and candidates while developing new business opportunities.

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

No two days are the same! In this dynamic role, you will:
🔹 Engage & develop relationships with both clients & candidates
🔹 Sell recruitment solutions via phone & face-to-face meetings
🔹 Identify & manage a portfolio of target accounts
🔹 Screen, interview & match high-quality candidates to the right roles
🔹 Achieve & exceed targets through proactive sales & recruitment strategies
🔹 Update internal systems to maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ At least 6 months of recruitment experience (preferred)
✔️ A proven track record in sales & account management
✔️ A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
✔️ A full UK driving licence (essential)
