Job Description:

Join Quest Employment as a Packing Operative!

We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives for temporary ongoing roles in the Orton Southgate area of Peterborough. If you are flexible, dependable, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you! Interviews and trial shifts are available.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Flexibility to handle various tasks including packing, printing, folding T-shirts, sorting, picking, dispatch, labelling, boxing, and palletising.
• A good level of manual dexterity, which will be assessed as needed.

What We Offer:

• Day & Late Shifts: £11.44 per hour.
• Night Shifts: £12.50 per hour plus a £1.00 attendance bonus, totaling £13.50 per hour for full weekly attendance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Packing and quality checking products.
• Folding T-shirts and picking orders.
• Checking and labelling items.
• Ensuring the upkeep and organisation of your work area.
• Editing and realigning graphics before printing.
• Following Health and Safety guidelines.
• Meeting daily productivity targets.

Skills and Requirements:

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods depending on the shift.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, stretch, and move items up to 15kg.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Team player with attention to detail and accuracy.
