Salary:
Base wage 21yrs & over NLW £11.44 - £13.16 per hour
Base wage 20yrs & under NMW £8.60 - £9.89 per hour

Shifts / Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

Quest Employment is excited to announce recruitment for Packing Operative roles on a temporary-ongoing basis at a leading international manufacturer and distributor of food products in March, Cambridgeshire. If you are reliable, flexible, and eager to start work, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Packing Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Packing, sorting, picking, dispatching, labeling, boxing, and palletising products.
Ensuring a clean and organised work area.
Adhering to health and safety standards and working towards daily productivity targets.

Shift Patterns:

6 am - 2 pm
2 pm - 10 pm
10 pm - 6 am

Who We’re Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

Basic to good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Flexibility in assignments, as tasks may vary.
A certain level of dexterity, which will be assessed as needed.
Experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential.
A strong ability to work as part of a team, with accuracy and attention to detail.
