Quest Employment is excited to recruit for Packing Operative roles with an established international distributor of flowers for home deliveries and stores. We are seeking dedicated and reliable candidates to start in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack and label flowers to ensure quality delivery.
Sorting & Picking: Engage in various tasks including sorting and picking as needed.
Dispatch & Intake: Assist in dispatching and receiving products to meet operational demands.
Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety protocols while actively working towards daily productivity targets.

Working Hours:

Shifts: 06:45 AM until finish (up to 12 hours).

Salary:

Hourly Rate: £11.44 for all hours worked.
Post-Probation (12 weeks): Over 46 hours weekly will be paid at £14.30 per hour (Time and a Quarter).

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
Manual Dexterity: Proficient in handling tasks requiring precision and attention to detail.
Team Player: Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience: Previous experience in a production environment is a plus but not essential.
Transport: Reliable means of transport to the site is required / preferrable.
