We’re looking for a highly motivated Lettings Agent to join our client based in Peterborough who are looking for someone who will complement their fantastic residential Lettings team.

Main Duties for the Lettings Negotiator Role:

• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Organising and carrying out viewings
• Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
• Arrange, organise and conduct viewings
• Negotiate any offers received

Skills Required:

• Previous Lettings experience essential
• Great customer service skills
• Good people skills
• Smart, well-spoken and articulate
• Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
• Full UK driving license and car owner essential
