We are currently recruiting for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on an ongoing, temporary basis for our client, a leading distributor of fresh vegetables based in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and growing company.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: Starting from £12.05 per hour, increasing to £12.55 per hour after 40 hours.
• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with extended shifts up to 12 hours during peak times, finishing at 6:30 PM).
• Location: Boston, Lincolnshire.
• Immediate Start Available!

The Role: As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Safely loading and unloading products.
• Completing general paperwork and documentation.
• Maintaining site and yard cleanliness and safety.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Meeting daily productivity targets.
• Supporting other warehouse duties such as packing, dispatch, labelling, and palletising.

Requirements: To be considered, you’ll need:

• A valid RTITB/ITSSAR Counterbalance Forklift license.
• Flexibility in job assignments.
• A good level of English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, bending, and moving products over 15kg.
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
