Are you a motivated and organised Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Quest Employment is recruiting for an Experienced Administrator to join a dynamic and growing company on a temporary ongoing basis, with potential for permanent placement. Immediate starts are available!

Key Details:

  • Location: Purpose-built site in Alwalton Hill, Peterborough
  • Shifts: 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, with occasional weekend shifts
  • Type: Temporary with the possibility of permanent opportunities
  • Pay: Weekly pay every Friday

Role Overview:
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various departments, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities may vary depending on your skills, with opportunities for cross-departmental training.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately, ensuring they meet specifications
  • Updating in-house systems and SharePoint, organising and filing paperwork
  • Managing inbound bookings with correct documentation
  • Supporting transport logistics and arranging consignments to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining and reporting KPI figures and stock records
  • Providing excellent customer service, including handling returns
  • General administrative tasks such as producing files and labels

What We’re Looking For:

  • Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken, reading, and writing) is essential
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative or customer service role
  • Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse or logistics operations (desirable)
  • Attitude: Highly motivated, organised, and with a positive approach to work
  • Other Skills: Strong communication, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Desirable: Experience with invoicing, KPI reporting, and stock systems

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent
  • Environment: Standard warehouse office environment. Safety boots & Hi-Vis Vest required (provided).
