Job Description:

My client is a logistics company based in Biggleswade, they have an opportunity for a customer service advisor to join their team expanding team. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that has promising future plans. 

This is an office based role, working Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00.

Duties:

Assisting in the smooth running of day to day operations.

This crucial role ensures that our customers receive an efficient and quality service - delivered in cost effective, timely and safe manner. This role would suit a highly organised individual who is looking to progress within the company.

The role entails:

·Being the primary point of contact for dedicated customers on the phone and by email.

·Administrating bookings, stock and queries.

·Raising delivery paperwork on our in-house system.

·Greeting customers, visitors and drivers upon arrival at site.

·Answering the main telephone number and directing calls as appropriate.

·Checking and organising the return of delivery paperwork from drivers.

You will be dealing with high end fashion and logistics customers.

They also offer a bonus based on performance.
