This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where no two days are the same – whether you're helping prep for a busy restaurant service, a wedding banquet, or a conference lunch, you’ll be learning from experienced chefs and working with the best seasonal ingredients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Supporting the kitchen team with food prep and service across all sections
•Learning key culinary skills and techniques on the job
•Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen
•Getting involved in menu changes (we update 4–5 times a year!)
•Being a reliable and proactive member of a close-knit brigade
What We’re Looking For:
•A passion for food and a genuine interest in developing your skills
•A great work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
•Some basic kitchen experience or formal culinary training is ideal, but not essential
•A team player who can take direction and stay calm under pressure
