The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, drive, and ambition along with a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Hit fulfilment metrics at key clients

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Mentor and train junior staff members

• Monitor and analyse sales performance

• Attend networking events

• Achieve and exceed monthly targets

• Maintain up-to-date records on CRM

• Prepare sales forecasts, establish sales goals for Leicester and to communicate these to the SMT

What we’re looking for:

​

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment branch manager or Snr consultant role in Leicester with a proven track record in business development.

• Experience of working with a multitude of client sectors including Warehouse, Food Production and Logistics

• Proven ability to exceed targets

• Full UK Driving licence
