A committed team with over 40 years of recruitment experience dedicated to compliance and legislation. With an ever-changing world it’s imperative we comply with industry standards. We supply over 4,000 staff to 300 clients per week so it’s paramount we adhere to not only our own internal standards but those that often our clients work to.

From the moment we recruit internal staff the compliance journey starts. Every team member is trained to identify signs of human trafficking and modern slavery and work with the authorities to protect individuals and keep them safe.

We pride ourselves knowing that our staff are well equipped with the knowledge and tools to go about their day to day duties with confidence. There have been many cases where compliance team alone has won business for Quest based on the standards we work to. We offer total commitment to our clients to ensure that all of our workers are recruited and supplied to the standards required by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA).
